Creamy Coconut Pie From Lois Uhl 3 oz. of Cream Cheese 1 Tablespoon Sugar 1/2 Cup milk 1 1/3 Cup Flaked Coconut 3 1/2 Cup Whipped Frosting 1/2 tsp. Almond Extract 1 Cookie Crust Cream cheese, add milk and beat smooth. Fold in Coconut, whipped topping and almond extract. Spoon into crust. Freeze until firm. About 4 hours Garnish with toasted coconut and cherries if desired.
